Headlights...help quick!!

Taking my wiring harness off.....The rubber grommit that holds the green and black wires....I took the grommit out but how do I remove the wires from the inside?
Or do you need to if I am baking them?

you dont have to remove the wires, just remove all the clips and screws and balasts.
