Has anyone drilled holes for bottom side grills?

It's bolt on (ie, not cutting/drilling/fabricating like I hear you have to do with the Stillen 3 CAI). But you do need take off the front bumper to install everything. You also need to bolt on the new resivior that they provide in the package. There is no way the CAI will fit with the stock resi on that side.
I have never done this type of work before and I found it pretty easy. There is a great video with some hot chicks doing the entire install ...just search for it. I think it was a video by Injen themselves if I remember.

lol I completely understand cause I wasn't either. It's just a nice piece of painted plastic that is held on by a lot (and I mean a lot) of screws. If you've ever popped off any interior pieces of trim, it is just the same thing (but bigger).
And make sure you have a blanket to put the bumper on so it doesn't get scratched.
