We get folding mirrors, you get cruise control! Fair trade-off

I think J-gov't requires new cars to have folding mirrors

well, I have power folding side mirrors but my car is the gulf specs (it's the 2009 model). We only have the sport model and you don't choose which package you want everything is standard (so all G37 around here are the same).

This is a link, look in the exterior it's mentioned there
Infiniti G Coupe: Standard Features

This is how your cars look like

we have an extra switch for the side mirrors just above the the doors lock/unlock switch

Yeah... So you just pull down on that switch and it folds both mirrors. Sweet!
I had a car wash guy (Yeah, didn't do it myself once - in a pinch)
yelling at me after I had my window up... I put the hands up like WTF?
Opened my window and he said - Fold your mirrors... I reached out and
pulled the driver side in and said, You gotta do the other one... LOL
Then HE had that WTF? look on his face then... Wonder why they'd
do it differently. I have to imagine they're the same part, in fact, I'd bet
the US models have the holes and path for the wires. Could they really be
saving that much cost to not do them? I guess T&L adds up
