XenonLink.com H1 HID's 8000k for Fogs - What should I do for the city lights????

XenonLink.com HID Conversion Kit. H1 8000K Automobile HID Kit

09 g37x coupe black on black

I got 8000k H1 HID's for my fogs. Didn't put them in yet. I got them from this site for my old accord and they were perfect. Trying to think what to get for my city lights, some sort of leds. 194? Was just thinking white. Not a fan of the yellowish tint. I heard some stuff about heat issues too? Any help would be great or where to get them from. I got all my interior ones from ledlight.com.

you're gonna have to use a regular bulb rather than an LED...it'll work for the first few days, then ur led's will start to blink and burn out...

i would probably go get some piaa bulbs or something for ur city lights...

OK, I did a test last night. I took out one of my 5K LED's in my map lights and put the PIAA bulb in, frankly I was disappointed. It wasn't nearly as bright as the 5-LED I had in. Also, the color is 4K so it does have some yellow tint, not as bad as the stock city bulb but not that great. Even though the glass has a blue coating, no blue tint, it's a light filtering thing to get to 4K.

I think I'm going to give the LED's with heat sync I bought a try (tested that too). It's brighter and whiter. You can see all the LED's I used here.

Follow the link I have in my post, that will take you to another post where I detail everything. Many folks have reported they have had LED's in the parking lights for over a year with no problems.

The metal around the LED is the heat sync
