any good H1 to HID kits?

any good H1 to HID kits?

I have been looking around for conversion kits for our fog (h1) to HID. Alot of them I find seem cheap and I do not really know if they will fit. I do not know how to install these so I will try to find a profesisonal (LA county) to do it for me.

Any kits that you guys know of that are worth buying?

talk to lou@amp and ask him for the ones that comes with relays. don't get the plug and play ones as those might flicker from time to time. they do installs there also.

Ive got one I just took off and will be posting for sale today. Its a 6k H1 kit that is plug and play in our cars. I took it off becasue I didnt want to cut the cap that covers the stock bulb . I had it on for about a month.

If you want to close the headlight up totally then yes unless you can find a bigger grommet to put on it. You just have to cut a slit in the cap to get the new wires through. There are only 2 wires that run the fogs a positive and negative. They both are spade connectors.

I called AMP'd up and they quoted me at 200 dollars. I fogot to ask them what kit they use I also forgot to ask what bulb they put in. I do not want 6000K I want 4300K (OEM) to produce max lumen

you're the first guy i have ever heard that wanted 4300k oem color hahaha! nothing wrong with it, i would rather stay stock and save the money.

no, you can still do it! i personally love the 3k yellow look more than anything else. 3k yellow won't lose any lumens perhaps will enhance more light on foggy nights.

I spoke to Amplified and it seems like they only install kits that are rated at 3000K. I wanted to a more of a 4300K or 6000K. I was thinking about bringing in my own kit and they said they will install for 75 Dollars.

What kits do you guys recommend??
