I tried test fit but it is little more difficult than I thought.
I must be doing something wrong because I can't get it right yet.
I am very careful not to scrach my paint so I put some blue painter tape on my bumper.
I will try again soon.
My original bumper is about 7.25 in from ground.
With lip, it is about 6 in. (estimated because it was not fit right yet).
I was going to ask if your car was lowered, since my car measured in at about 8.5 inches. However I just went out to the garage and measured again. The absolute bottom (underneath) of the bumper is indeed about 7.25 inches from the ground. So you think your new lip will ONLY bring it down an 1.25 inches? Isn't that kind of optimistic? I think it will be a lot lower. Alex sent me a pic showing the bumper at about 4.25" from the ground. Not sure how far it goes under (from the visible front), but I am "guessing" you are looking at 3.5 to 4 inches of under bumper clearance.
That is way too low for me as I drive the car in winter. But I do love the lip so I would REALLY appreciate some actual measurements once you are finished. If it really would be about 6", I would likely go for that.

PS: Is your car stock height to start with?

My car is stock.
As you can see in the first pic I have 6.5 in. with this lip.
(I said 6 in. in my early post, sorry)
The other pic shows the fitment issue. I can push it in more but it still needs to go for another 0.5 in to fit in the driver side.

Contact Alex bout the fitment issue. That definitely look like it s too small to wrap around properly. Maybe there's a trick to it Let us know coz I'm getn ready to pull the trigger on one these and I would prefer to not have any surprises.

So it is still not on? Can I ask a favour? Can you measure in the middle of the front bumper (to the ground) and then again the lip just pressed on? If this would really only drop my bumper height less than two inches, I will likely buy one.

Thanks a lot for your time and I certainly understand if you are too busy.

i installed mine...i had the same issue, it's a tight fit, but it DOES fit....

my method was similar, but instead, i positioned the center of the lip first against the bottom grill, then stretch one side at a time to get the lip around the fender...
