I kind of want to disagree with Geeeeohhh about the contract issue for a few reasons.
Contracts claims cost a lot to litigate, and there's no definiteness you'll win because the courts can adopt pretty much whatever they want. Secondly, I'm assuming the valence is patented in which case you will be able to sue for damages and punitive damages, which you can't do for breach-of-contract suits.
And to whoever said that it costs a lot to sue an out-of state person, you can most likely sue them in your state.

Even if they copy the valance big company's could not offer such great customer service and great fitments... Thats what makes companys successful.. Plus they couldnt offer such low prices as alex's does.... My .02
I dont think legally you can do much as some one said all they got to do is change one small thing to make it different ...
