Question Run just fog lights?

I am installing my H1 h.i.d. kit next week and was wondering if anyone knows a way of running just your fog lights? I want to be able to switch them on by themselves without any other lights being on. My friend did this on his IS300, but isn't sure if it can be done in the G. Anyone try this or know how to do it without fking up the wiring?

Thanks

If you're not scared of cutting into your car's wiring harness, yes. It requires splicing into the wiring to the fog light relay and running a wire from there to the wire going to your cornering lights. It will enable you to run fogs with just parking lights and with your high beams too.

Exactly. I can tell you without a doubt that if you screw it up after cutting and splicing into your stock wiring, you will be SOL as far as any electrical system warranty. That being said, it's not that hard to do. I have done it on another Nissan before but not on the G.
