The thickness of the actual piece is < 1mm thick. With 3M tape, it'd be around 1mm, maybe just a bit over. But It is still relatively thin.
I have thinner tape from 3M en-route that will be included on future sets. The new tape is 0.45mm in thickness.

I'm afraid not. Reason being that I'd need to forward the fund that we pool together first then start prototyping. But our CF expert has been in business for 34 years and if I'm not satisfied with the end result, it will get sent back to be redone.
If 1 or 2 more makes it on the list, we can talk more about the design. I'm thinking 2-3 fins instead of 4.
