Just normal tint film, the ceramic and metallic have a different color to them, where my tint is just simply Black, the other ones may be less prone to getting that purple hue to it, but as long as you get it done with a quality film that wont be an issue (so when you are rolling through low income areas, no calling the guys that only charge $79 for the whole car)

To elaborate on 3m color stable. It is carbon impregnated. Thus it is not a metallic film but I suppose is not "ceramic" either. Because it is carbon rather than dyed it is "color stable". Just had mine done along with Llumar Air Blue 80 on the windshield.

I used to have 20 on the back and 35 in the front and never got pulled over, they broke my window 2x and now i have 20 all around, 20 looks so much better on the car. I think it all has to do with how u drive. But 5% looks sick

As stated above, your driving habits plays a big part in how much tint you can get away with. Even with mine as dark as it is, (knocks on wood) I haven't been bothered much lately. I also have calmed down a lot behind the wheel since I first got my license, luckily I didn't have the infiniti then and all the foolish teenage behavior went to a street bike...
