Auto windows not working correctly

I just noticed the other day the only window that does the auto up is my drives side. I have the premium package so it's my understanding all 4 windows should do the auto down/up function. I talked to the dealer to confirm this but wanted to see if anyone else has seen this? I will be taking it back but it's going to be a couple months so was wondering if there was anything I could look at. Dealer suggested rolling down the front windows and holding the buttons down for 5 seconds to reset but this didn't do anything.

Hold the front windows down for 15 seconds, then up for 15 seconds, should do the trick.

Thank you both for the response...just tried this fix on the front and back windows and now all four are working correctly. Thanks again, much easier then having to take it back to the dealership.

if the car sits on the lot for an extended period of time waiting to be sold, chances are that the voltage of the battery dropped below the point of the window memory requirements for the auto/up/down feature.

If it continues to happen, might be worth getting your battery checked out. Also, if the battery voltages drops THAT low, you may see a CEL that is a "low voltage" code.

The windows always go into limpity mode when the battery is disconnected, which is usually what happens with 99.99999% of those that have window issues. Next to "where is Elite?" these window up/down/stuck querries are the most popular posts on MYG37. Glad you got it sorted without an $80 charge from the dealer.
