I have never had a very high opinion of SE, but I have to say they are right on this one. OP should have inspected and notated damages as soon as the package arrived(which there probably weren't any) HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED. OP installed diffuser, loved it ( as referenced in his first post showing it off) then later on decided the fitment issues were too much for him. So he took it off, somehow f*cked it up in doing so, and now wants a complete refund for a part he installed, used, and damaged.
the twist is SE will come in here with a change of heart. Refund jeff all his money then offer him 100 dollar off on his next purchase through them. Everyone will reply with SE reply with professionalism and great customer service and everyone is back on SE side but jeff will still hate SE and would rather them give him 100 dollar then 100 dollar off on his next purchase.
