Whats up with the Admins around here? Where is the member support? There has been a few vendors on here that are burning the G37 members. I think it is safe to say that IB need to chime in. At this rate, vendors will do their thing, and members continue getting burned.

Wow... Crazy stuff happens when your away for a bit....
Bottom line... the Diffuser was bad fitment... an obvious lemon... IMO SE should resend him a new one that is NOT a lemon.... Seems to me like they made the first mistake by sending out a Lemon Disfussor so they should be the ones to make up for the mistake... whether or not the diffusor was broken or blemished on return....
I hope this gets resolved in a fair way...

unless the statement is made in the PM that it is confidential, it is considered fare use under the law to post it. PLease do not delet this thread even if he gets all his money back. He should post the outcome and let people think what they want about the resolution. I went through the same crap with Ericksen infiniti in my thread. They threatened to seu me I said bring it on. E-mails and pm must be marked confidential if you don't want them posted. bottom line.

exactly my thoughts. is either u take the $150 hit or SE should exchange a flawless one at no charge.. then everything will be resolved!
