painting the bumper inserts

I know for sure that a black g37 is coming my way. But I wanted to accent the bumper inserts and thought of possibly painting them chrome or silver to match the front grille. not 100% on the idea but wanted to know you guys opinion on this.

I know it would it accent and give the bumper more detail. But didnt want to be tacky as I think chrome and silver on a car should be minimal. So was 50/50 on the idea...

But Glossy black sounds good...got any pics?

Mine are painted glossy black and they look great. The original color is grayish and they will fade and get even grayer with age. Do it.

I like this idea. Mine are very hard to keep clean and black.

So where is the DIY?

I'm thinking about painting my bumper inserts, Thing is i dont know the proper paint other than Black spray paint to get, can someone give me some info on what sprays to get?

Like, Black spray paint > gloss > finsh etc (just off the top of my head)
