Anyone forgot to turn off the interior lights before?

I forgot to turn off the inside light of the G for about 7 hours and my battery didn't die, should i turn on my car to charge some battery or should I leave it alone. Any long term repercussion for leaving the light on inside the car overnight?

P.S I am talking about to the two lights on the ceiling of the car.

Those doesn't drain that much watt per hour; however, it should still be avoided.

If your car started up fine, all is good.
I once left my radio on. Killed my battery. A lil jump start and all was good again.

So if the battery is dead, how do we push start our 6MTs like you do with normal ignitions that you turn the key? This is something I've been wondering about and didn't find anything while searching forum. Has anybody attempted this? Granted if there's enough power to turn car on, but not start, then it'd be easy and just like a normal ignition. But what if the battery is really dead and doesn't have enough power to get the button pushing to "ON"?

I'm not too sure, but my guess is that it shouldn't be any different from a conventional turn key ignition switch. Just get the car rolling forward, pop the clutch, and hit the ON switch.

And you might want to just drive the car around for a good duration just in case the battery might be on the low side. People have drained their battery from leaving a light or two on over night before.

If you have replaced the interior light with LEDs they use hardly any power at all.

This is a very good question. Yesterday I had to jump start my car to take it to the dealer (of course the service manager said the battery was just fine ), but if I'd been stranded somewhere I think I could not have push started it because the battery was completely dead where it wouldn't even turn to the ACC or ON position. As everyone still has roadside assistance under warranty, it may be a while before we find out.

Yes, the manual (page 2-54) states that lights will be turned off after 30 minutes to prevent the battery from becoming discharged. Based on that I cannot visualize any situation where any lights being left on would cause a dead battery.

Do the lights turn off if you have them all replaced with LEDs? They shouldn't t pull enough current for the system to realize that there is a bulb burning (hence why led turn signals flash quickly like a bulb is out)? But if that's the case, would LEDs pull enough drain on the battery to cause it to die?
