I tried to get better pictures today, but unfortunately it's been raining. My point-&-shoot just will not take any clear pictures with the headlights on, so that's not gonna happen. Hopefully I'll be able to get some good pictures at dusk, but it's gotta stop raining before I can try.

that looks awesome. nice idea too as far as keeping it "street legal". I want to do something similar, but I can't be without my car and I don't want to pay 1800 for a new set of headlights.

Do what I did... I bought a used set of headlights from someone else who swapped theirs out for Ironmans. Then I had that person ship them directly to UCLA, who modded them for me. When I received the headlights, I just swapped out my OEM headlights and replaced them with my new modded ones. It took me a total of 2 hours, start to finish, and now I have my OEM headlights sitting my garage. If I wanted to, I could turn around and sell them for the same price I paid, essentially coming out even on the headlights and only paying for the mod. However, I'm holding onto them in the event that I sell my car or decide to go back to OEM.

I have to give credit where credit is due... Danny (UCLA Bruin) did an amazing job on these headlights!! I was dying to get the Ironman or the Arc Reactor, but up until now they both used the side-marker socket to power the projector shroud LEDs. Living in a small town in Ohio where the cops have absolutely nothing to do all day except make their quotas, I'm not willing to sacrifice legality in the name of coolness. So I wasn't willing to lose my amber side-marker lights at night.
Both Igor and UCLA offered to do a custom mod for me involving the side-marker, but UCLA made the offer first. We discussed what I wanted, and he said he'd do his best to accommodate me. He went above and beyond my requests!!!
I apologize for the horrible picture quality; all I have is a point-&-shoot and it's really hard to get pictures of lights. I'll try to get some better ones tomorrow, but basketball is on and I'm done for the night.
******* EDIT (new pictures) ********
