Made it to Baghdad so hopefully I'll be home on Wednesday evening. I did a quick search before departing Taji for the clamps and did find them. However they were various vehicle kits and not sold individually.

Thanks for the info. The clamps themselves should have size markings on them. The couplers might on the inside, most don't.

Messing around with the fitment of this R2C intake gives me pause to consider the way the filter element is clamped to the mid pipe. It slips off pretty easily, at a downward angle. I'm wondering if I should score the pipe so that the rubber neck of the pop charger grabs better?
[edit] The R2C heat shields were denting the hood lining pretty severely, so I bent the retaining brackets to allow for a lower fitment, and used nyloc nuts instead of just the little lock-washers that came with the kit. As for the pop-chargers slipping off... I did exactly what I was thinking, which was to score the end of both mid-pipes with some course sandpaper. Cleaned up with some rubbing alcohol, re-installed, and the pop-chargers seem to be extremely secure now.

Had an idea today. Actually, remembering a thing I did last year but forgot to come back to after installing the FSTB earlier this year. This might seem kind of silly, but keep an open mind. 
The strut bolts stick out of the strut towers pretty raw. Eventually, they rust. So why not cap them off for a finished look? Pick up some rubber end-caps, cut them to length, and fit them on the bolts. They're secure, what with the threads and all. And I think it's a good look.

Kinda just getting started.. basically it just boils down to what I can and can't afford. But there's a plan of what to get.
Hopefully additions to dress it up:
Stillen Gen 2 intake
Cusco tower brace
Samco gloss black radiator hoses, or steel braided hose covers
stainless steel dress up bolts
polished dress up caps
replace radiator cover (i broke the **** out of that thing)
professionally paint all plastic (radiator cover, engine cover, battery/brake fluid and surrounding housing, coolant overflow tank, stillen filter covers)
I do like to dabble with the paint, so far, all done myself.. but as you can tell.. it shows.. spray cans just don't do the job right.

Xenolith666... you're intake flex-tubes look like they've been buried in your back yard for a few years. Come on, man... that's just wrong.
However, your's is the first G bay I've seen who used the ZeeToyz dipstick cover and VMS radiator cap cover, like mine. That's cool. And in blue, no less.

yea it's dirty I know.. intake was actually in the attic for awhile.. just put it back in the bay
yea, engine cover paint was basically an experiment to see how it would go.. black, as you said, didn't turn out great.. so live and learn. it'll get redone by a real painter with a spray gun and not me with a spray can

Yep, it's official JPSBLACKG37 is THE ENGINE COVER GURU! Those parts are so clean, those close ups on that red cover look perfect, I can't imagine a better job being done w/ those pieces, the attention to detail is something to aspire to
