umm wth? thats the worse job i have ever seen... i havent read all the post but did you remove the headlight before intalling these? To me... it doesnt look like they uninstall your taillights... go back and redo it...

No they didn't take off the taillights. This was suppose to be a reputable shop in the NW so I trusted them unfortunately.
Do you guys know any strategies on how I can try to get them to redo it or get a refund? The guy seemed pretty f*cking stubborn.

just let him know your serious and you want it done right or a refund or your gonna do whatever it takes to get one.
the guy sounds like jerk.

Ask them why they did not take off the taillights before installation. That is the first thing they should have done if they are reputable shop. If they took time and effort... they should have not made that mistake at the first place..

Sigh... yea I'm gonna go straight there and talk to him. If he still refuses to redo it, I'm gonna post these pics all over the NW car forums to ruin the shop reputation.

Hey Steve46, forgot to mention, sorry to hear the **** they're giving you.
I would be firm with how unsatisfactory of a job it is and insist on a refund (again, I wouldn't trust them to do it again). I would stay away from getting into a heated argument because that won't get you anywhere. If he still refuses, either you go through with small claims court or post their poor work on all the forums and move on, hopefully you didn't pay too much for the job.
