Very nice. Just a suggestion, are you going to have a protective lens over the projector? If not, what if a rock hits it at high velocity?

And, when can I buy one

I wasnt sure about the lens cover, at $25 a piece I guess I could just buy another one... not to sound like money is no object but i want this to look as clean as possible

I was thinking about making these for people but until I find an easier way to do it, it takes FOREVER!

Yea, I was jking, no pressure. I know what you mean man, took me hundreds of dollars in R&D to find the best parts, the best solution, and the most efficient way to do the arc thingy. But anyway, I love what you're doing, keep us updated.

Oh wow you beat me to it. I have the same if not similar fog log kit. I was going to try and attach it to the faux vent OEM mesh and reinforce it if necessary. I even did a Photoshop (not a good one) to get an idea as to how it would look. But what you're doing looks great. I'll just now sit back and let you do all the R&D work. Thanks.

hooked the fog light up to the existing wire taps that i made, the angel eyes are off in this pic and obviously the vent is off the car. This is to show the bulb etc.

You'll have to hook me up with a set when you all done

Coming into the final stages of just one of the two lights! The last steps are to buy some of the clips from Nissan so that the back of the housing can be detached. I let the rear of the light poke through the back so that removing the bulb wont require disasembling the entire thing! Although i wanted to be able to get the backing off in order to replace the entire fog light if needed.

The vent holes have been cut, the oval shapped one will be directed to the intake and the more circular one will be directed to the wheel well. I will use the same mesh where I cut the hole in the wheel well to stop large debris going downward into the vent area.

I am planning to take this to a platics shop to see if they can form a mold so that i can produce more for those who are interested, although im not making any promises but would others be interested in the same setup? With or without the fog light?

Let me know:

kewl. Where are you planning to draw power from?

What clips are you talking about for what housing?
