Anyone have experience with this new special paint/coating they are going to be using? Any other manufactures using it?

Ah, ok. Cool. I didn't know if this was something on the horizon for everyone. I'm looking forward to seeing just how well it works.

the car regenerates itself, like the T-1000 robot in Terminator 2.

something involving a self healing resin that when has light abrasions, kind of fills the groove back in.

Think this would take care of your standard swirl marks?

Aparantly is the clear coat heals itself, if the scratch goes right through, then the mark will be there permanently and the coats will heal with that in it. So you will see a scratch but feel a smooth surface. I've seen in other forums that a guy had a very minor scratch on the surface and then it started fading in 6 days. Still it takes time and need to park the car under a hot sun and let the chemicals do the work.
