Need quick help removing chrome lip!!

Need quick help removing chrome lip!!
How do you remove the large round parts and the emergency trunk release the hold on the carpet? A quick answer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Just use a flathead, and pry it out from where it meets the liner. Just pull really hard.
