all dealers obligated to follow the same standards?

First of all, sorry if this is in the wrong area.

My question is in regards to infiniti dealerships around the country and if they all must pretty much treat problems with the g37s, or any car the same way.

For example, theres a long going thread about the dimpling/wrinkling of the driver seat and I think some people have gotten theirs replaced. If I have the same problem with my seat, would my dealership be obligated to replace it as well simply because another infiniti dealer did the same?

who got new seats? I think everyone was just complaining about the soft leather........ I'm not too sure if Infiniti actually replaced any.

I remember at least one person mentioning the dealer replaced the leather. I believe it was THEXFACTOR, who said they replaced it.

the leather is absolutely fine, its the foam under the leather that gives too much. i got my foam changed to a firmer one. in terms of comfort, its the same, but it stops the dimpling.
.
as for all dealers obligated to follow the same standards. yes they are obligated. but remember that each dealer is independently owned and therefore the customer service will vary.
.
the dealers never respond too well with me, so i started to send my girlfriend to take my car in for issues. that way any little thing they fix and give for free to her. LOL.

Did you get your foam changed yourself or did the dealer do it for you? If the dealer did it for you, which dealer? I want to make my dealer do something about it too.. all they told me was that "its normal" and they cant do anythinga bout it.
