I was on my way to work and had a car change lanes right into me. At first I freaked cause I saw her car and she drove to pull over and it was completely jacked up. But when I checked out my damage....its really wasn't too bad (well, too what I was expecting after seeing her damage).
She was in a 04 Kia Spectra and totally trashed her drivers side. The rear passenger window shattered and none of her doors would close normally. The Kia just crunched up and its probably totaled since there is no value to the car.
She wacked my passenger headlight to passenger fender - and scratched the wheel pretty good. Gonna be a pretty penny to repair, but at least she has the same insurance company as me.
I'll get some pictures up tomorrow when daylight hit.

Dude that sucks! Similar thing had to me on the freeway exactly ONE MONTH after I bought my car... Some dude popped his right front tire, lost control, and side-swiped the right front fender of my G! I was friggen pissed! Dude had no license, Insurance, Reg., NOTHING! Filed a police report on his a$$ but i'm still yet to get my deductible re-imbursed! Oh BTW, cost for New 19" Rim, Right front Fender and Front Bumper + all labor = $3000!!! Make sure to go to a reputable shop too (not the one your insurance co is giving you)! Call a local dealership and see which one they recommend, thats what I did and it came out perfect! You're lucky that girl was insured though! Good luck and again sorry to hear...

I'd like an insurance guy to clarify this: Is he screwed because he had an accident with a person with the same insurance company? The company will have to pay both claims no matter who's at fault. It happened to my brother many years ago. Had an accident, not his fault, other person at fault had the same insurance company, raised my brother's rates because they had to pay the claim even though he wasn't at fault. Is this still done or did my brother just get screwed?
Glad you are OK and your car's damage is minor.
