No ones knows. We all are waiting for someone to go to some dealerships to see what they are willing to do.

even if I drove with my wallet it wouldn't matter....there's no money in there!!!...it's all going to the oil companies...

I've had many other cars with leather seats..and while they tend to wear, get small wrinkles, and get shiny in spots...nothing like this...I will be taking it to dealer and will post results....may be a while though...my dealer is a long way from my home...so not convenient.
Take the car back and change the seat cover! I had that problem on my 2007 G35 !

Yeah they wouldn't change the seat, just the bottom seat cover.

my dealer took my seat to a shop and got the foam replaced, the leather stretched back to normal but with a slight bubble. i was told that if i didnt like the results they would order a new seat for me, but it would be the same thing all over again.
.
i thought i posted this previously.

I have this, and I think I know how i caused it. I was trying to reach over to the passenger seat and I got in by placing all my weight on one knee on my seat, then reach over to the other side. It was really dumb of me.

The dealer wont do anything about it....He'll simple say " warranty does not cover daily wear and tear ". However if you know how to properly approach this it is possible you may convince him that its a faulty seat.

Still however, I feel like its really not a big deal.

I would have to agree that it is not that big of a deal, but if the dealership will replace the seats under warranty, then why not try out another pair of seats.

I agree, I think the cause is from putting your knee in the seat to lean in. I did this jus now and noticed the "bubble" after I got off the seat. I think it is like this because they want your cheeks to smile when your seating i the comfy seat. I mean there is not alot of spring or cross bar uder the bottom cushion. If we are dumb enough to lean in on one knee, then why is the dealer responsible.

I uploaded a video to youtube of my seat. It's not as bad as some of the pics yet, but my car wasn't driven for 5 days while I was on a business trip and it didn't go away.
G37S IP stone leather - little over 1400 miles, but It was doing it the first week and has been gradually getting worse. I weigh around 195. I can deal with a jacked seat for a while, but I wanted to document it so if it gets much worse I have proof.

As soon as it posts up I'll link it here.
