They've taken care of me and should take care of you too.

I use Lexol too.

I had this seat problem since 1500 miles. Dealer says they'll replace the seat bottom, but they'll do it only once...that's silly imo

^I agree it is stupid for them to say they will replace it only once. Warranty doesnt say that they will only fix a problem once and after that you are just stuck with it.

so why the hell do you have to call infiniti diresct? Tell the lazy *** service manager to call them while you are in the office with him. Hell do dealerships no know what good service is anymore?.

Update: Went to the dealer to do the TSB on the engine noise problem and the seat bubble last week. Looks like the replacement for the seats are on a national back order and they didnt give me any specific dates.

I also have this problem, but i also have another seat issue. The part where my hip is has started to peel, basically from every time i sit down into the seat. Im not fat or anything, i weigh 190, so its not like i have trouble getting into my seat and i have to slide myself in. But the dam leather is peeling, and its not even good quality stuff. We all know its fake leather, but dam this is some horrible stuff. How can it be so dam sensitive, its worse than our paint. I got some pictures for you guys to look at, does anyone know if they would replace because of the peeling or will they say I did it. Btw i only have 5500 miles.

But the concensus is that most dealerships are taking care of the bubble first time around? Just to continue replacing them requires more effort?

^It looks to me like you are sliding in and your belt catches or something. You need to try conditioning your leather before you proceed further. At 5500 miles you should definitely not have all those cracks.

Until my G, I never worried about what kind of jeans I'd be wearing while driving, I'd even prefer fake leather if it didn't pop or crease. In my Audi I never thought twice about my jeans, those seats were so tough I even broke a True Religion button while sliding in. Didn't hurt my seat, but ripped the button clean off. In the G if that happened, my button would still be there but there would be a huge gash down my seat.

my thoughts exactly, my girlfriends TT has some tough leather, i would never have to worry about carefully sitting down in the seats, or what kind of jeans im wearing etc... But with the G's leather its like sometimes i wish they had a cloth option which atleast would crack and peel.

I like the soft leather. It doesnt burn you skin in the Texas heat and as long as you condition it correctly, it always looks nice. Over 15 months and my leather still looks damn good.
