I wonder why the seat cushion is being replaced. Doesnt it seem to be an issue with the leather itself? My dealership is also ordering a new cushion is it just something that has to be replaced as a whole?

well the seat cushion is why i believe the leather is stretching, bc like i think the cushion is seeping in, and the leather is following it.. something similiar to that... well if the cushion replacement doesnt work, they will be replacing my seat.

Yup, gave me a loaner and called me back in about a week and a half. Give them a call if you don't hear back from them.

No need to complain, just go in and ask for it to be repaired. It's well-documented but it is a case-by-case problem so they do have to take pictures of your seat and send it to to Infiniti then give you a call back. They replaced the trim and the foam. I think other dealerships would do this also.

You wouldn't be able to get a "document number/incident number" that we could refer to as well could you?

Hm I'm not sure I have that information but here's what I do have:

01 C/S driver seat bubbling at 2 spots on bottom portion
found driver seat trim seperating from foam
replaced driver seat bottom trim //Vcan: N0514081664070

I've never heard of an age limit on the loaner but I have heard that they don't give loaners out to Vinnys. So I don't know......

Jk, if you're worried, have your dad drop it off.
