Did anyone ever find some covers that have a place for a metal ring? I'd be interested in getting on for the sole purpose of valet... I feel a little paranoid about giving them only the fob...

 

yea me too.. and ive done it i just think there going to lose it because there is no place to put just the fob with no chain on their hooks

 

Just out of curiousity, why do you like the silicone one better? One thing I like about Terry's is the see through plastic cover over the buttons, protecting dust and dirt from getting into the buttons.

 

Yeah those are nice and they make them in all the fruity colors too.

 

How thick are these? I usually keep the fob in my pocket and I wouldn't want it to increase in size dramatically.

I was wondering if anyone had tried to somehow attach a clear vinyl cover inside of it to protect the buttons like Terry's have? What type of industrial adhesive might keep it in place?

 

I am just curious if any of these really do protect the buttons from accidentally being pressed. I have had my windows open up in my apartment complex's parking lot twice already and I am assuming it is because it is pressing against something in my pocket when I am sitting upstairs. I need something so it will stop rolling my windows down because it would suck to get everything stolen out of my car.
