I think our Leather is a bit looser in the cushion than say an Audi which I think contributes to wrinkles. I think the leather in the G37 is high quality and although will wrinkle again I don't think any leather doesn't. Some cars just happen to make a tighter tolerance which adds to the longevity.
I owned a G35 coupe for 4 years and I purchased my G37 in October. I did NOT have any problems with the leather in either car. I've been very happy with it.
The leather in my 2004 Toyota Solara was wrinkled from almost day one. I did condition it regularally, which did help. I think it is a natural part of leather to wrinkle and stretch, at least most other leather equipped cars I've seen tend to show it.
