wrinkles appeared in the backseat no less than 2 weeks of ownership. Doesn't matter much, it's part of normal wear and won't affect my 2 yr lease.

indentations appear after every single ride. even a can of stoners in the back seat while I wiped down the windows left a dent.

i think a lot of how you sit in your seat will determine how your drivers seat leather will hold up..

I'm sure the number of burgers, pizzas and bowls of ice cream make a difference too

No wrinkles here...but it's only been 3 months...and I usually drive it on weekends only...

Which cars have good quality leather? They all wrinkle eventually...

The leather on my M35x seemed better. 2 years of daily driving and not a single wrinkle, dimple or crack. Never conditioned the seats at all.

Honestly, up until now, the leather in my toyota highlander (at least the back seats) look brand new and they have seen their share of @$$. Its five years old now, used daily and the leather is still good. Even the front seats still look okay, and by okay I mean a few wrinkles on the sides but thats after 5 years.

i think ours just tend to wrinkle alot easier compared to others, coz my friends C class and my other friends A4 still looked new since 2002.

Same here. My friend's 2001 A4 has no wrinkles on the driver seat.
I have wrinkles on my driver seat, and i have had my G for 3months.

What leather conditioner should I be applying? (any recommendations)

i think aged/wrinkled leather looks nice if its not too excessive it kinda has a charming look of wisdom...the leather in my 2000 GS400 is that way - but then again it got that way around 2004 so I do agree that the wrinkling in G's in just months is pretty odd...now cracking/splitting leather that hardens and starts feelin like vinyl - that will **** me off.

When we got some nice leather couches from the furniture store for my house we got a deal for endless leather cleaner/conditioner with it so I can always take the bottles back to get refills to the store which works out nice since I use the cleaner and conditioner on EVERY leather equipped car and couch my family owns (3 cars + 2 couch sets). lol. I have noticed that the luster and flexibility of the leather compound has been improved from how it came from the factory with my conditioner in it. It seems to not be wrinkling as much and even when it does it wrinkles gracefully - like faint creases - more so than wrinkles.

I suggest you guys all use a good cleaner+conditioner at least twice a year!
It helps! It also protects the leather from your lighter scratches and scrapes!

Joe
