wow, i feel like a total noob now. i turned that switch on at night, and i saw these lights. i guess i see now why i had no idea that the car had fog lights.. they are all in the same damn housing. it looks really weak IMO. i like the style where there are fogs under the headlights. this is just lame to me.
thanks for showing me that i had em though! learn something new every day

I agree. I like them separated from the headlight housing.

Hmm... I don't know much about turbos and intercoolers, but my first thought when i saw the closed up vents was that you could use those vents to allow airflow over your intercoolers.....

most car's i've seen with intercoolers stick them down in front and to the side....

I will be doing a DYI on that mod also

I'm thinking about doing a Civic Type R fog light conversion into those holes

The 37 does have fog lights. They are right next to the HIDS.
you truly are an inspiration to g37 owners , if the brakevent isnt too difficult, i cant wait for the diy.

LOL @ people not knowing about the fogs! I'd love to turn one of those holes into an intake air duct or something.

when an intake comes out that i feel is worthy of getting i will use ducting from the center vent to make a direct flow to the intake. the faux vents i am going to use for the brake ducts. I am working out the kinks right now in running all the hoses without touching anything or bunching up....

Nice!, can't wait to see what you decide to come up with. Even a fog light mod that looks like the twin fogs on the new c class brabus would look awesome.

The only thing to be careful with on the intake side of things is how low to the ground those vents truly are. I had a modified fender well intake on my last car. The intake tube and cone were higher up than that and I found that during bad weather it was a real challenge to avoid large puddles to keep from flooding the intake with water. An intake on each side only doubles your chances of having a cold water intake system replace your cold air intake.
