AFS.. only one light moves?

AFS.. only one light moves?
my g37 is equipped with the AFS system. and last night i noticed the only my RIGHT headlight was swurving with the steering wheel.. its that how its suppose to be ? or both headlights move?

The left one only moves when you are traveling over 16 mph. The don't swivel much to the left so as to avoid blinding incoming traffic.
