got my spoiler from grubbs performance
#4
TerribleONE453, Looking forward to the pics. I'm considering the Grubbs spoiler for my G37 too. Could you shed some light on how this spoiler is mounted to the trunk? Specifically I'm wondering about the following:
Does it use the same mounting points as the chrome lip?
Did you have to drill any new holes in the trunk?
Did you have any problems moving the backup camera to the new spoiler?
--thanks, Eddie

It can't possibly be the OEM spoiler. If you want the OEM look, you'd best get it from the factory. That way you will have the rear speaker deck without the third brake light. Even if you disconnect that light or tint the rear window, it won't be the same. Everything about the factory spoiler including paint will be fully covered by the Infiniti warranty. Get your G exactly the way you desire even if it means a longer wait, it'll be worth it!

Good point the wiring for the cameras there but not the tail light I'd bet. It's hard to tell from the one picture but what's shown does look identical to the OEM spoiler with the exception of a red taillight lense versus clear.

First of all I was just messing around. He said he would put up pictures so I am sure he will.
Second, the picture on grubbsperformance.com is a close up side shot that does not give a good feel for how the spoiler looks so if he can take different shots from different angles that would be appreciated.
Third, to show off his car.
