Got mine from lighterlight. Dealt with someone from customer service and he was very professional. Gave me free shipping for the inconvenience. They were back-logged during the holiday seasons but should be fine now.

Just to follow up on my order -- I received them after 3 days. The customer service is literally non-existant however. I was never updated with a tracking #, they never responded to my email, and I could never get thru to their support #...

I think the lighterlight.com people are not in business anymore. I have been trying to order for weeks. No e-mails, no phone and unable to order on their website.
