City Lights

I just recently changed one bulb out in my city lights and it looked cool but was a little to bright, so I took it out to try another bulb, and when I put the new bulb in it doesnt work anymore. The driver side doesn't either and I havent even messed with that one yet. Can someone tell me if there is a fuse that goes with that particular bulb? I looked through my owners manual and couldn't find anything. Thanks for your help.

Fuses are located in the driver side kick panel under the dash. It's a good idea to get into the habit of disconnecting your battery cables any time you mess with anything electrical on the car so you don't inadvertently short something out.

The lights probably blew. Try putting back in your stock and see if they turn on.

Its just a fuse, I did this a million times in my 03 G35 shorting out the Sidemarker LED's, The Fuse box was in the drivers side and in the passenger side in the hood, I dunno where it is in the G37, but look in the manual

I contacted the Infiniti Dealership today and was told the car was to new to know what fuse went to the city lights/sidemarkers. What? I told the tech what if I brought the car in then someone would have to know to fix the problem and he asked me to call back later this week. What? lol Just kind of weird that they can't tell me anything.

When you turn on the headlights, do the side markers turn on? (the amber pieces on the outer edge of the headlamp) According to the service manual it is suppose to be fuse #52 that would cover both.

Hey thanks Comatose, No I just noticed the sidemarkers dont come on at all either. Question for you, I looked all through my manual and I saw nothing(unless Im blind) about what goes to which fuses. Also when I looked to my fuse panel its not numbered (#52) just says like room light, lighter, Stop lights, etc. Can you tell me which one it is. Thanks so much man I owe you big time. Randy

Jock, unfortunately the service manual did not seem to map out the fuse layout either.. (or atleast I could not find it).
If similar fuse types are grouped together, I would perhaps resort to checking all the fuses that are grouped near the headlight fuses..
