anyone experiencing problems with windows rolling up or down?

today, my car all of sudden rolled it's windows all the way down when i opened the passenger door from the outside...and it wont roll up unless i have the door closed or the door sensor button pushed in..then later this happened with my driver door as well...had this car for only 9 days with 200miles on it

has this happened to anyone else?

Has the power been removed from any of the windows or has the car battery been recently disconnected?

Look up the section on the windows in the owner's manual. I read something about this before, but I forgot what it said to do.

You have to re-initialize the windows ...

1. Disconnect the minus terminal of battery or disconnect power window switch harness connector temporarily, then reconnect after at least 1 minute.
2. Turn ignition switch ON.
3. Operate power window switch to make over a half of the window area open.
4. Fully draw the power window switch in the up direction (auto close position) and hold, keep holding the switch even when window is completely closed and then release after 2 seconds have passed.
NOTE:
Initialization may be cancelled with continuous opening and closing operation. In this case, initialize the system.

I am having this problem also, but what it says above to do to fix the problem does not work. Does anyone else have any other ways of fixing it without taking it to the dealer? Thanks.
