Standard OEM kit for the Q50/60.
Infiniti p/n: T99F3-5CH0A
Works with both interior illumination (room lamps) and nighttime ambient settings. Switch incorporates ON/OFF functions and two brightness settings.
There are 4 separate LED modules: one for each foot well under the dash, and one each that gets installed underneath the front seats which illuminates the rear footwell areas. There is also the cup holder LED module which I haven't installed yet as I'm still contemplating my center console project.
Only "downfall" is that the light (color) does not match my interior door handle/pocket LED's, but I knew that going in and it will suffice... for now.
I don't know about the Q50, but power folding mirrors were only introduced to the Q60 beginning in 2020/21.

Q50 mirrors don't quite fit the three bolt holes or the recess, but it can be made to work. For wiring, I'm looking at:

If your Q mirrors have the power fold option, then all you would need is the mirror switch from the 'vert and the crossover wires from driver to passenger side.
Down the road, should you decide to install the automatic folding module (folds when doors lock) that gets installed in the driver door.

Wow, was looking at QX30 mirrors which supposedly are physically the same as a Q50 but all have power fold... those are pricey, at $800+ used on eBay. Each.
I've got one passenger mirror now - cheap because the mirror cap was busted. Looking for a used cheap driver's side, and then I'll just get carbon caps.

Thanks for the responses!! I'm installing an Escorr 9500ci new, got a great deal. I'm selling my Max360 windshield mount. Got tired of it mounted underneath mirror. I didn't want to spend 3500 lol. I'll take pics when I'm done.

I'm intending to repin the Q mirror connector into a G mirror connector so the body/door harness doesn't get changed, yes. The extra wires (fold it if has it, the winkers) I'll break out and use a different connector for. Unless I spy a Q50 in the junkyard - then I'll grab both sides of the harness and build a small patch harness.
The mirror connectors are *substantially* different.
