If the Phoenix unit has a RCA VIDEO IN connection than it will be easier to buy a aftermarket camera that has a RCA VIDEO OUT connection.
Maybe others who have the Phoenix unit can chime in on this topic. I am not familiar with and definitely not a fan of that Tesla knockoff thing.
