Help infiniti g37 2012 no nav no rca no aux just usb, how can i get bluetooth?

infiniti g37 2012 no nav no rca no aux just usb, how can i get bluetooth?

alright guys, first post here, without spending like $400-600 on a new dash screen from like grom how can i add blutooth audio streaming to my car, what device(s) can I use/add to my factory setup.

I have no rca, no aux, just USB

im also looking to be able to use steering controls, so i dont want an FM transmitter

I used a USA-Spec unit on mine (2010 non nav 37x base sedan). Work for phone and streaming pandora, etc. Plug and play in trunk...this may have been the exact unit, I got it directly through USA spec, they have good support after install (I did by myself in 45 min)

anything cheaper?

edit: i found it for $130 on amazon but im still looking

im having a hard time installing it im not sure where anything goes, ive checked all the cables none seem to fit the size

you sure this is the right one this is for nissans

this wasnt the right one -_-

i ordered the correct one and hopefully will work, i tried unplugging the xm radio using a screwdriver and i chipped the clip oops even harder to get out now lol
