2009 G37 Sedan Brake lights not working + wont come out of park

Ran into an issue the other day while wrapping my car with the vehicle not coming out of park without the shift lock release and my brake lights not coming on, i believe it is a problem with the brake pedal switch that activates those things, was wondering if someone could help me out. there are 2 switches on the brake pedal assembly that i can see, one brown and one black. the brown one twists out but the black one(believed to be the actual brake pedal switch) does not. there’s a really tight nut on it. any tips on getting it out? thanks. this happened randomly out of nowhere so its really concerning.
