No radio or navigation display

Hey guys, can someone help me with my car's problem. I recently purchased a salvage title 2013 g37S convertible. It was hit in the right front. I replaced the front bumper, radiator support and the right side headlight. But, the radio and navigation system don't work. I checked the fuses and they're good. When I start the car up, the INFINITI display appears and after a few seconds it goes away. When I pressed the power button, I get the satellite radio only and no display. The only thing that is displayed on the screen is the temperature control (temperature and fan speed). I'm a newbie to the G37 world and was wondering if someone experienced this ??

Thanks so much,

It sounds as if the headunit might be culprit. The headunit has a internal hard disk drive and the impact could have knocked the drive out. Possible, not necessarily probable.

I would recommend you check all of the harness connectors at the headunit and display just to make sure everything is nice and tight. You might also want to check if you can hear the hard drive spinning/clicking when you FIRST turn the headunit on. Again, possible but not probable.

Do any of the buttons on the multi-function switch assembly (the dial one) or the preset panel (clock panel) do anything? Do any of the LED's light up?
