2009 g37 "Ejecting disk" issue

Hi, Im a happy new owner of a 2009 g37 sedan with 71k miles(maybe not real but meeh) that had some issues like a TPMS light on and a service engine soon light on. Besides that the screen always says "Ejecting disc" when I push load it says"Loading disc" but nothing really moves or happens.

If I have to buy a new cd module could it be the nav one or can someone indicate me the serial code of the part or a direct link.

Nope mine is the base sedan, it has the 6 disk changing option but there's nothing in the trunk.

This is really surprising...i didnt know people still used CD's

It's separate from the nav. You should be able to swap in a used one for not much money. Sounds like the mechanism is shot
