Can the radio stay on when the car is off?

Hey guys I'm new to the push button world since getting my IPL a few months ago. I don't see any benefits to having the push button start I miss using a key but that's another story. My main issue is when I hit the button to turn off the car everything turns off. Previously I used to turn the key one notch to turn the car off but it would keep the radio/acc on. I miss that and wondering if there's a way to do this with the push button start? I know I can hit the button once after the car is off to turn just acc on but it then has to reload the cd/iPod before it starts playing again. I don't know if anyone else cares about this or not but it annoys me.

Not that I know of. Like you said, once you turn it off you can push the button (not the brake) to turn the electronics back on.

Yeah. I remember it being a big deal in like the 90's when cars first started coming out with the radio being able to stay on after the car is turned off until you open the door or after it's on for like 10 minutes. Now push buttons come out and they take this away. I don't if anyone else cares as much as I do but it is definitely annoying to me when I get to work a few minutes early and want to finish listening to a song I gotta leave the car on or turn it off then turn the acc on and wait until it starts playing again.

It would really help if owners would read the manual. Anyway

Yes, you can shut the engine off and still keep the radio playing. Just press the Start/Stop Button twice in quick succession. The engine will shut off and the car will go into ACC mode. Press the button twice again (foot OFF brake/clutch) to shut everything off.
