Angry *Help* Crusie Control "Cruise" Light Wont Go off

I have a 2008 G37S, and I have a issue with my cruise control. The Orange "Cruise" light and wont go off. None of the buttons on the steering wheel will turn it off. The Cruise control also wont set either. Any Ideas why this light is on and the crusie control doesn't work.

Is the "SET" light beside the CRUISE light flashing? Sometimes my CRUISE light comes on and my SET light blinks rapidly. I can't do anything with the cruise control settings when it does this.

How would one do that. My daughter's 2012 G37 just had the "set" light start flashing. We did notice that it takes a minute or so for the light to come on. If the cruise is engaged prior to the light flashing the cruise will engage and stay engaged until it is disengaged. Then the "set" light starts flashing and the cruise is in-op...

There's pros and cons so read up on the thread before you do it. I believe there's other info out there if you google 'reset ecu g37'. But I'm not sure if this will fix your or the op's problem, just a suggestion.

Good link there but I cant think of any cons to resetting the ECU? You wont notice any difference whatsoever inside the car.

Thank you!

I pulled the battery cable for an hour or so and then she took it for a test drive. Everything works as it should. She tried multiple engage/disengage scenarios and all is as it should be.

I noticed a fuse was mentioned. I've been all over Google and the online Owner's Manual and can NOT for the life of me find a fuse chart. Does the collective brain-trust here know of such a place where I can find which fuse protects which option? TIA!!!

Look on the back of the fuse box door for fuse mapping.
