I have an '08 and def don't have the audio BT either, just phone calls. If you have RCA in's in the center console you can use the BT receiver that I was explaining. It's flawless and works like any other car with BT. Completely wireless and connects without noticing on every startup.

I have seen where others have a '10 and not BT. Maybe mine isn't working. I use the USB all the time as it charges.
Last four of my vin 0610. I do have the Bose.

I only have the bottom phone buttons and not the top button. I suspect that BT is only on Bose.

Do you have the nav? I do. That could be it to. My wife has a 12 G37 journey. Bose but no nav. She doesn't have Bluetooth. So I take it you must have nav. to have Bluetooth.

You must have the navigation package it seems to have Bluetooth streaming. If you only have the premium which comes with the Bose you will only have Bluetooth calling but no streaming.
