Nobody can hear me on my Bluetooth

I have a Q60S with the Tech package.
I have an IPhone 6 Plus running the newest IOS.
They seem to pair okay,I can hear anybody talking to me,but nobody can hear me .
The dealer has gone to Infiniti, they say it works fine, but even the dealer says they have problems hearing me.
I'm at the end of my patience.
Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks,

Make sure your phone is on "my car" and not "iphone" during the call. I have that problem sometime where I gotta switch the Bluetooth option

I have the same issue with my 2011 G37. Went to the dealer, they replaced basically everything related to the bluetooth system and it is a tad better. Wish Nissan would just accept the issue and find a fix for it. Isn't bluetooth now a gov mandated "option"?

I had this issue a lot, but with IOS you have to manually set it on Bluetooth-Car, sometimes it'll automatically not set it to bluetooth.. hard to explain but yeah hope you get the point. If I come across the screen on my phone i'll snapshot it for you.

I will try that, but my problem is that I can hear whoever I'm speaking with clearly through the sound system,so it's obviously pairing.

According to Infiniti all models are not compatible with newer software versions. For example my iPhone 6 never worked correctly with the car, bluetooth music or phone while my iPhone 5s with older software worked perfectly.

Sounds like an Infiniti issue. Mercedes, Toyota, and vw (in my experiences) do not have this problem.

I have a Hyundai Sonata turbo that I talked on for nearly a hundred thousand miles and people couldn't tell the difference between me being on Bluetooth and me having the handset to my head. I bought I am 37 two months ago and no one will talk to me on bluetooth because they can't hear me. I hear them perfectly fine so I know my phone is paired. The dealer has looked at it 3 times and replaced the microphone. Once they fix the microphone it work perfectly for about 4,000 miles then back to crap
