10 speaker system worth it over the 6 speaker system?
I'm looking at getting a used 2012 or 2013 G37 Coupe.
I have not even test driven a G37 yet.
There is a G37 Sport Coupe that I might like to check out, but it a long drive.
It has the 10 speaker audio system.
Is the 10 speaker system a noticeable improvement over the standard 6-speaker system?

I'm a bit of a headphone audiophile (bought about 25 headphones over the past 3 years).
Just trying to decide if I should get the G37 (sport coupe) with the 10 speaker system, which will cost me around $1300 more then the G37 (coupe) with the 6 speaker system.
Would it make more sense to get the 6 speaker G37 and upgrade the amplifiers and 6 speakers?

Lastly, how about you let your ears do the talking and just go listen to them both, then decide?

Depends on if you want to do the work? The one thing the Bose lacks is high range and tight bass but all in all its a pretty good system. If those things are important to you then might want to do it yourself. Also, aren't there other features that come along with the stereo upgrade that would make the decision more feasible?

Leaning more towards the $1300 cheaper G37 Coupe with the 6 speaker setup.
Just wanted to make sure if there is anything I might have over looked with the (11 speaker) G37 Sport Coupe.

the Sport package is going to be worth it for the extra money, not even considering the audio.

^^^^+1 For the S.
Sound system aside for a moment, that $1.5K gets you a lot more than an upgraded sound system.
If you are an auto enthusiast as well as an audiophile, that's the way to go IMO.

add a powered sub, and its ok. if i get bored in the future, i'll replace the Bose amp. if its still crappy, the speakers, too. as i understand it, the amp is the weak link, though.
