There are very few "premium" audio set ups in cars that are worth the money.
Audis B&O and a few Mark Levinson systems are great.

The bose in this car is not worth it.
Unfortunate, you have to package other items in order to get the package that might have what you want.

Yea, there is other car audio equipment that I would rather have in a car, beside Bose.
Guess with the G37 Coupe, your kind of stuck with the factory installed head unit.
Would not mind installing aftermarket amplifer(s) and speakers.

I had the Lexicon 17 speaker system in my Genesis Sedan. I haven't listened to a modern Mark Levinson, but the Audi B&O is the only stock sound system I've heard that comes close to the Levinson.
