Key problem or car ?
hello
I can not use my car, because the key do not recognizes this one
Let me explain.,
My car has remained about in a parking without rolling,
therefore there was more than most current battery.
I wanted to open the car, but nothing,
I opened with the main key to get in,
and on the dashboard, he stated "NO KEY"
Anyone know whereof it comes?
PS: Sorry for my english

Sounds like the battery might dead in the remote (key fob).
"NO KEY" means the car is not receiving the signal from the key fob. Replace the battery in the fob and see what happens.
Did you put the key in the key port under the dash? Even with a dead battery in the fob the car should start once the key is placed in the slot.

If the battery IN THE CAR was dead and someone tried to jump start the car but hooked the cables up wrong then YES, you might have a major electrical problem.
My advice: take the battery out of the car and get it fully tested and charged. Most auto parts stores can do this. Reinstall the battery and see what happens.
If still nothing, then take car to a trusted mechanic or dealership and let them look at it. There are too many fuses, fusible links, and other variables that would need to be checked due to the reversed polarity being applied.
