No sound
Everything in my system works except I have no sound. The sound started to cut out when the radio was on for awhile and then later on return. Now it is permanently off. Anyone else experience this and/or does anyone have an idea as to what might be going on? Thank you for any help. BobK

Well, heres the usual 20 questions
The answers to these questions should steer you in the right direction
- Does the head unit turn on (lights, indicators, does it tune properly)
- If its a Bose system, the amps will receive a turn on signal from the head unit. Verify this signal is good
- If the amp turn on signal is good, make sure the connections to the Bose amp are seated fully
- Verify that there is no sound from all sources (FM, AM, Satellite, CD, iPod, voice navigation)
- Do you have a cell phone integrated into the audio system via bluetooth? If so, disconnect the phone and test again
The answers to these questions should steer you in the right direction

Hello guys,
Did anyone ever figure out a solution for this? I have the same no sound coming from my radio issue. I found a post on another board linked below, where a guy says he fixed it by resetting it with an obd scanner. Can anyone verify if they did anything different? I dont want to buy a AMP when i suspct that it isn't the issue. Thanks in advance!

yea some of the wires that connect to the amp were all cut by the old owner who was trying to install his sounds system. just spliced them together again and it started working again
