From what I understand, the stock bose center is 3", so looks like there will be some cutting involved.
I use the RF 360.2 processor. I don't have any delays in the cell phone through bluetooth. At least no more so that when using the cell phone itself. The only issue I have is when talking with the windows rolled down or (especially) the sunroof open. Then it sounds like I'm talking to people in a windstorm. FWIW I'm using an iPhone 5 in a 2008 G
